How we work
Consulting identifies the priorities. Training builds capability. Coaching turns it into daily performance.
Our methodology
Training creates value only when people use what they learn. The framework connects learning with workplace application, manager involvement, coaching and measurement.

Development does not end in the training room. It continues until learning is applied and its impact on business performance can be measured.

04 / Insights
A new salesperson needs structure, product knowledge and confidence. An experienced employee may need stronger questioning, cross-selling or customer-handling skills. A Store Manager needs to coach the team and connect everyday behaviours with store KPIs.
The solution is not to create a completely different programme for every person. That would make training unnecessarily complex.
The solution is to combine a common foundation with targeted development:
Training creates value only when it addresses a real performance need and is applied consistently in the workplace.
Because learning creates knowledge.
Application creates performance.
I focus my coaching on three important transitions:
You do not need to have all the answers or solve every problem yourself. Your role is to build a team that can take responsibility and deliver.
Being busy is not the same as performing. Leadership means setting clear priorities, connecting actions to KPIs and keeping the team focused on results.
People do not develop through constant direction. They develop through the right questions, honest feedback and clear accountability.
These three transitions are simple to describe, but not always easy to make. They require practice, reflection and consistent application in everyday work.
This is where coaching can make a real difference: helping managers move beyond supervising tasks and start leading performance.
The missing link between training and performance lies in three principles:
In my experience, learning is far more effective when concepts are kept concise and the focus shifts to practice.
Engagement, interaction, and real-life application are what transform knowledge into capability -through discussions, role plays, gamefications, simulations, case studies, and feedback.
This is, in my view, the most critical factor.
Managers should not only know the content of the training—they should experience it, model it, and have the coaching skills to reinforce it every day.
Because: Training alone does not change organizations. Managers who reinforce learning do.
Sustainable performance comes when learning becomes part of the way leaders lead and teams work.
The true challenge is transforming learning into everyday practice and sustainable behavioural change. Even the most effective training programs lose impact when there is no structured follow-up, accountability, and support.
This is why the future of training is not just about delivering knowledge, but about moving from a traditional training approach to a Learning to Performance System.
Managers are the key element of this journey. They must be aligned with the learning process, experience the training themselves, model the desired behaviours, and develop the coaching skills required to reinforce learning and drive performance.
Through Performance Coaching 1on1, managers become the link between learning and execution. They support the implementation of the 30-Day Action Plan, provide feedback, remove obstacles, and help employees turn knowledge into improved results.
For example, following a two-day workshop on “Improving the Sales Process”, a salesperson and their manager agree on a 30-Day Action Plan with a clear objective:
Increase Conversion Rate from X% to Z%.
Through structured coaching conversations, progress is reviewed, challenges are addressed, and new sales behaviours are reinforced.
Because:
Training alone does not change performance. Managers who coach, reinforce, and support learning do.
This is the essence of The Total Training: transforming learning into behaviour and behaviour into measurable results.
